Nothing To Do With Us

By Luk4all Editor

There you have it, our great leader is still in denial mode. Read it here, if you are a subscriber of Malaysiakini.com. We guess he is still fed with all the wrong information.

No it is not my leadership, no its not our policy, no its nothing to do with us…. It is dues to sabotage and everyone else except us. Even after the disaster of GE12… our BN leaders are still out of touch with the ground.

And we have the dino leader telling the silent majority to speak again at UMNO assembly.

Guess the GE12 message is still not loud enough. If any of the BN members are reading this article, we at www.luk4all.com says….. Continue this attitude at we can almost assure you that you will lose everything in the next election

There is a group of monkey seating right on top of a trees, there are many cows and horse under the trees. When the monkies is shitting and spitting, the horse and the cows are receiving the shits and spits. The monkies will not understand the cows and horse agony. Many of these high level politicians are still live in a myth and dream. They will blame everyone except themselves for the mishap.

Johor becomes the great wall for all the high level politicians simply because BN still retain one of the largest pool of support from Johorians. The great wall will continue to shelter them peacefully at least for a couple of GE to come.

Of whether you like it or not, it is the reality in life. They are the "monkies" who lives high up of the tree and shit down to the animals who are under the trees.

My personal comments over the current BN, there must be something wrong somewhere, why are we elected some low class guys as leaders in last GE ? People like Datuk Bung Mokhtar Radin (tiap tiap bulan bocor) and Khairi ? When Khairi was asked to apologize for using "beruk", he denied and said "no comments". On contrary, I like to take my hats off for Hisham for his guts to publicly apologize for kris wielding. I cannot believe that an Oxford Univesity graduate produces such quality of student ? Where is his otak now ? I am utterly furious and dissapointed for his childish behaviour, of how he got landed into parliment, I believe only he himselve and the god knows.

Awakening M’sia?

With M’sia national oil reserves is only 10 years left (The Star dated May 5, 2008), and without any sign awakening of change in competitiveness mindset that would be, M’sia economy and M’sian living standard will even deteriorate, ultimately to a level that one could imagine.
M’sian per capital income is deteriorating indeed and will be run over and left behind by far by other region economies. It is already happening today and the impact will be felt severe in next 4 years, and next generations to come.

Although emotionally reluctant and denial to quote Singapore as an example but facts speak for the rest.
40 years ago, Singaporean per capital income was less than half of M’sia. An island with no natural resources, few population and capital absence, M’sian currency note was 2 times higher value than theirs. When I was 10+ traveled in Singapore with my parents, a Singaporean cab driver was saying how he admired Malaysia and Malaysian, calling us as “Federal” and expressed his anxious to their country future.
Today, they are proud with per capital income >US$30,000, while M’sian is merely lower than US$7,000.

Singapore may or may not ring a bell, but one may surprise to learn that during the same period 1960’s, M’sian economy and living standard was well, even better performed than Taiwan!! Today Taiwanese enjoys US$17,000 per capital income with population 23 millions while M’sia population, 26 millions.
Prospect of Taiwan even better with the newly to be installed KMT ruling parties, one would expect Taiwan economy will be at greatest height in its history, for next 20 years. KMT operates an open, transparent, efficient, non corruption national policies and equitable optimization of Taiwan Straits policies with mainland China while earlier ruling parties focus on internal racial segregation policies and closed door policies.

Today, in China, a once less developing country than M'sia now its middle management labor market required for M’sian who speak fluent Chinese simply because of their “competitive” wages (or cheaper is the right word), compare to counterparts’ expectation of a Chinese speaking Singaporean S$10K/mth, Hong Konger HK$55K/mth, Taiwanese TW$200K/mth, Chinese returnees RMB50K/mth or even the local without international exposure expects RMB25K/mth (very true on 1st tier and second tier Chinese cities where living standards are not lower than any of M’sian cities).

A 8 years solid working experience of local Chinese middle managerial candidate (aged 30 and above) in MNC is earning equivalent more than their counterparts in Malaysia. Likewise, for next 4 years to come, an equivalent Vietnamese in cities will equal up the race. Along this, India is not rule out at all in this context, as they are bonded with underlying fundamentals to growth. Indians are expected to excel than their counterparts of M’sian.

A recent forecast estimation of a chief economist, a deputy governor of World Bank predicts China with her GDP 8-9% p.a. and by 2030 will equal to per capital income of US. By then China economy by large will be 2.5 times bigger than US. The world will focus and automobile drive by its economy influences. Today, Macao, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and South Korea economies are experiencing and water spread by China’s economy influences.

A success economy story explores within its strengths and ability to adjust its fundamental weaknesses. Look like China is even more "open" policy than M'sia, no restriction to foreigners to be employed in their motherland. Why such a phenomena? simply because the economy cake is growing and keep growing bigger. They need capital, resources and talents to co-grow economy and better economy growth will create more job opportunities.

For the past 50 years since independence, M’sia is ruled by racial segregation strategies and “separate & rule” techniques, partly due to the political and social–economy reasons needed to circumstances but also at the same time these have embedded impaired consequences, silently and carried impact to generations.
Past and present, arbitrate efforts to sustain M’sian people livelihood at large, as to fight poverty being the root cause itself or else to cushion racial reasons as to promote social-economy stability? Whatever reason, privilege policies are implemented and to be continued lifetime. It is naive to think certain political parties will abolish these policies, judging from the majority 65% social-economy structure which backing up the political forces. And thus, M'sia's economy per comparative growth ratio is shrinking, a less equitable open, lower transparent and vulnerable to competition is what we live in today.

The only exception to this is a population at large realized a stronger and larger economy via building economy advancements with open, equitable and competitive policies is the only and workable approach. Time is essence to success and to compete with externals.

Lower goods prices in M’sia are mainly due to controlled inflation efforts with subsidies from fuel. But one may argue this is good to M’sian generally, well, it is true if the country enjoys strong economy growth and higher standard of living. But with less economy activities in the country and with few capital investment spending to come (government, private or FDI), job openings are few or even worst limited to certain elite groups and with these, earned income is purported deflated lower than anticipated, year by year.
As a result, M’sian working on board is getting more in volume outflow and is inevitable lower in price tag. While certain S.E.A. countries are exporting laborer, M’sia is exporting middle management personnel where these people are key fundamental to home economy if employments are available and if they are appreciated. US and Singapore are typical countries where they welcome world productive talents to live in and work in their country, in return, secure better standard of living, for generations to come.

With the diminishing of fuel national resource, one would wonder how would be the living standard of Malaysian families and future generations. When majority of families are living below expectation and threatening livelihood, an adjustment is inevitably to repeat? May be yes, may be not.

My take....lets get the hell out before it's too late. Unless something drastic change..we're like a sitting duck waiting to be butchered.

Keeping my fingers crossed for a government change in Sept. At least, that the little hope that we have left.

This is absolutely brilliant; I agree 100% to what you’ve said. In fact, I was planning to write something similar to this, thanks for writing!

Guys, September plan may change. The PM can announce election again, with this, BN will stand for another survival chance to topple the PKR plan.

Bloody dirty plot.
