Two
weeks
ago
we
boast
that
we
were
able
to
take
my
Toyota
Vios
to
Genting
Highland
and
back
in
one
full
tank,
you
can
read
it
here.
Well
last
weekend
I
took
my
daughter
to
Cameron
Highlands,
this
time
around
we
were
able
to
achieve
Penang
->
Cameron
->
Ipoh
->
Penang
with
some
petrol
to
spare.
Detail
breakdown
of
my
trip
as
below.
1.
Penang
->
Cameron
Highlands,
exiting
Simpang
Pulai.
2.
Spent
one
night
at
Cameron
highlands,
drove
around
and
visiting
some
of
the
popular
tourist
attraction.
3.
Left
the
next
afternoon
with
a
short
break
at
Ipoh.
Along
the
downhill,
some
of
the
time,
I
had
my
automatic
gear
transmission
at
‘D’
and
let
the
vehicle
rolls
without
hitting
the
gas.
4.
When
I
reached
home,
Penang,
I
still
have
some
gas
left,
only
have
to
filled
up
the
next
day.
So
far
the
only
response
we
had
from
the
previous
blog
was
someone
driving
his
City
and
apparently
has
a
better
fuel
consumption.
We
would
love
if
our
readers
take
note
of
their
next
trip
and
share
with
us
their
experience.
We
would
post
your
experience
with
your
car
in
our
blog,
so
that
everyone
would
have
a
better
idea
what
they
would
expect
from
their
car
in
terms
of
fuel
consumption.

On a
side
note,
I
remember
Cameron
Highlands
was
much
colder
when
my
parents
took
me
there
like
25
years
ago.
Guess
all
the
hill
cutting
and
global
warming
is
making
Cameron
less
cold.
With
the
rate
things
are
going,
guess
when
its
my
daughter’s
turn
to
take
her
children
up
to
Cameron
highlands
in
30+
years
time,
Cameron
Highlands
would
just
be
as
hot
as
Penang
‘Highlands’
or
KL
‘Highlands’.
Sigh.
