How do you save some money? The very essence of the question shared the same reason with us in setting up Lu4all.com.my. From time to time we also get emails asking us what luk4all.com.my is all about, some people thinks we are a very dysfunctional site, we provide a platform to sell cars, properties and any other things, we blog about cars, properties, environment and lately mostly the state of politics in Malaysia. So what is luk4all.com.my all about? Today we would take this opportunity to share with you how 4 person with the same dream and vision decided to setup a company named luk4all.com.my hoping to make some money, but ended with none.

 

Once upon a time, 4 years ago, 3 engineers and a top car salesman in Malaysia, thinks that they are extremely bored with their job…. decided to sit down and think about doing business. It took them days, weeks and months to finally come up with a business proposal that will not required them to use much of their money to startup, but also make them ZERO profit J.

 

The main idea behind the business is to connect seller directly to buyer. You have something you want to sell, sell it directly to the buyer and save some money. We were hoping we could charge RM20 for every posting some one make. RM20?? Yeah we though RM20 was a small sum to charge compared to advertising in news paper or magazine which cost up to hundreds. And the money you saved…… property agent charge 1% - 2% for every property they help you to sell, for example a property can easily cost up to RM300K, which brings the commission to almost 3-6K, so 'what is RM20 compared to the commission charged’. Used car dealer….. make a cool RM1-2K for every car sold, again what is RM20 compared to RM1-2K you can saved.

 

Unfortunately with our little site we managed to attract almost zero customer, and most shocking no one is willing to pay the RM20 for a posting. So we thought, ok why don’t we charge RM0 for posting, we are sure then we will attract hundreds and thousands of posting, and then maybe we could make some money from advertisement with our traffic. But again we prove ourself to be ZERO in doing business. We could not attract as many posting as we hoped, instead we were making hundreds of readers to our blog daily.

 

So after 1++ years of luk4all.com.my we have finally admitted we are no genius in doing business and Malaysian is just not ready to save some money through direct seller to buyer. But maybe not, what we need is you our reader to tell your friends (that is thinking of buying or selling their vehicles or properties) the benefit of direct seller to buyer and of course you the reader that realized the benefit of seller to buyer to use www.luk4all.com.my. Its time to realized the benefit of internet to pool together people with almost ZERO cost and save some money.

 

A little tip in posting your property and vehicle,

• if you are worried about people spamming your handphone if you post your hp online, you could just post your email, and until you could establish that person is really interested then only you exchange handphone no
• always make use you make the first appointment to view your car in a public area, maybe at your local McDonalds
• if you are meeting the potential property buyer, make sure your family member or friends is with you in your property.
