Customer Package

Q: I want to sell my vehicle (car, bike or commercial vehicle), vehicle number plate, accessory or property, what are the packages available?

A: No specific package, we offer free posting.

Q: How long will my posting be available in the database?

A: 5 months. This is to ensure that our database is most up-to-date posting. Any posting that is longer than 5 months will be deleted. This is to avoid any obsolete posting to 'corrupt' our database and to ensure the results searched by you are the latest.

Q: What can I sell?

A: Good question. www.luk4all.com.my offers you a virtual place to sell vehicles (cars, bikes, commercial vehicles), vehicle number plates, accessories and property.

Q: How can I know if my ads posting is already available in the Luk4all website? In other words, when can I see my ads in Luk4all search result?

A: Approximately ~24 hours, you will receive a mail notification that your ads posting has been approved. Luk4all takes ~24 hours for approval to ensure no explicit material or obscene language used. Then, it will be available to be searched by customers.

Q: What if I sold my car within 2 weeks (for Individual)? How to avoid people from calling to ask for an *item that has already been sold?

A: Well if that's the case, congratulation! There are 2 options that you can choose to do:

• You can delete the ads posted yourself by login to your account.

• Or you can leave it as it is, as Luk4all database has been setup to automatically delete any ads that has expired.

Q: Can I replace any *items that have been sold?

A: No. If you have a new *item to sell, then you would need to post a new ads.
